You will need to bring your own cage, aquarium, terrarium or vivarium with you to the Sylvan Pet Hotel, along with all equipment and substrate suitable for your pet species.
Please also bring your pets preferred dry food or frozen prey items & live insects as required.
Use of electricity is included in the boarding fee.

Your smallest furry family members are cared for in the comfort of their own enclosure, which you bring from home, along with their food and any extra bedding required should you wish us to do any complete cage cleans (spot cleans are done daily).
We are delighted to look after them by following your instructions. Whatever their specials needs are, we strive to care for them in the same way you would do at home.
Bring your own tortoise table or enclosure.
£10.00/night regardless of no. of occupants
Please supply a suitable tortoise table and heat lamp (with spare bulb).
We will provide fresh greens daily and a bath for your tortoise every other day and house them in our secure temperature controlled pet hotel (16-18 degrees all year around).
Use of electricity is included in the boarding fee.

Our luxury all metal double level Savic Royal Cage. (93cm x 63cm x 159cm)
The "room" is unfurnished for hygiene reasons but does contain wooden flooring covered in a pill-free fleece at each level to protect tiny feet from standing directly on the metal bars.
Please bring as many toys, chews and wooden shelves as you would like for your pets' stay and we will furnish the cage with your items.

This MASSIVE double level 93cm x 63cm x 159cm cage is perfect for your rattie friends luxury break!
The room is unfurnished for hygiene reasons but does contain plastic flooring at each level to protect small feet from the metal bars.
Please bring as many toys, hamocks, ropes or wood shelves as you would like for your pets' stay and we will furnish the cage with your items.
Bring your own - Degus or Rats (max cage size 2ftx3)
£10/night

Birds of a Feather.....

Bring your own cage- Small birds only. (No parrots or conures sorry).
From £5.00/night per cage.
Birds are extremely social creatures and are at risk of extreme negative behaviours such as feather pulling if left for longer periods without human company.
As we are working in and around the hotel all day, we can give time and attention to each bird. We talk with them and make sure that they don't feel lonely during our daily routines.
£5/night for small birds such as canary/ finch/ budgie/ lovebird or cockatiel etc. in a table top sized cage.
£10/night for large freestanding cages.
Bunnies & Guinea Pigs......

Standard Room- 15 sq. ft.
£12.00/ night regardless of no. of occupants
We have 10 of these spacious 15 sq.ft "rooms". They all have 2ft of headroom, thus giving them a lovely airy feeling.
Some rooms can have either have a fully wired front, or a wood screen and a bedroom partition can be fitted to create a sleeping area with a separate "viewing room". Others are fully wired only.
Removable partitions between rooms mean that if one room is not enough, two can be joined to make a "Master Suite".
Master Suite- 30 sq. ft
£16.00/ night regardless of no. of occupants
We have 5 of these 30 sq.ft "rooms". Each has 2ft of headroom to give your pet plenty of space to explore, stretch out & relax in their accommodation.
Some rooms can have either have a fully wired front, or a wood screen and a bedroom partition can be fitted to create a sleeping area with a separate "viewing room". Others are fully wired only.
Removable partitions mean that if the room too big for you needs, it can be reduced in size to form a "Standard Room".
Outdoor run for indoor hotel guests
IMPORTANT NOTE:-
If requested, indoor guests in our "Standard Rooms" and "Master Suites" will be provided time outside to enjoy the fresh air and birdsong in our woodland garden.
Our outdoor run for indoor guests is 40sq. ft in size and sits on a solid anti-slip platform which is both "dig proof" and easily disinfected between guests. This run is used daily from Easter to the end of the October Half term (weather permitting).
Outdoor Woodland Cottage & Garden Run
£ 16.00/ night
An individual hay-filled "cottage" within its own fully enclosed, predator-proof run offering 24/7 access. A quiet woodland setting under trees offers a dry, safe and comfortable stay for your pet.
Your pets' 32 sq.ft private "property" is elevated above the woodland floor to eliminate damp & drafts.
The floor covering is rubber anti-slip stable matting so that it's comfortable underfoot & hygienically clean.
The cottage will be deep cleaned & sanitised between guests.
Outdoor Alpine Chalet & Garden Run
£20/ night
A unique hay-filled "alpine chalet" within its own fully enclosed, predator-proof run for 24/7 access. A quiet woodland setting under trees offers a dry, safe and comfortable stay for your pet.
Your pets' 64 sq.ft private "property" is elevated above the woodland floor to eliminate damp & drafts.
The floor covering is rubber anti-slip stable matting so that it's comfortable underfoot & hygienically clean.
The chalet will be deep cleaned and sanitised between guests.
IMPORTANT NOTE:-
PLEAE NOTE:- None of our outdoor cottages, nor the Alpine Chalet, are insulated and so they may not be suitable for indoor bunnies in the cooler months.
However, they are stuffed with extra hay for warmth whenever colder weather is expected.
N.B. Due to risk of frost, these runs are not available during the period between the October Half term & the start of the Easter Holiday.
Chickens, Ducks & other Poultry.....

Giant 8ft x6ft Poultry Lodge & Run.
£10/ night -3 night minimum stay.
Individual coops with integral, enclosed covered run. Layers pellets are included.
These are set in quiet woodland under trees- A dry, safe and comfortable stay for a flock of up to 6 hens.
Fox proof wire runs under completely under the chalet footprint for security.
Our Lodges are sanitised before being treated to a fresh layer of Aubichick bedding for each new group of incoming guests.
All poultry birds are dusted for mites on arrival and enjoy unrestricted access to the coop and run 24/7.
